No pun intended, but we had a pretty rough run of luck and both of our vehicles broke down within a short time of each other. Lucky's came through for us on both repairs much faster than we expected. Their quick turnaround meant we always had at least one working vehicle during a stressful situation. One of the repairs was a complete transmission replacement, and they were able to source and install it quicker than I anticipated. Additionally, the owner is incredibly friendly, honest, and easy to work with. I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs or upsold on services we didn't need. It's refreshing to find an auto shop you can truly trust, and I would highly recommend Lucky's to anyone.

Found my go-to auto shop!! Took in our 2004 Ford F150 that was making strange sounds and was able to leave the truck there to be diagnosed and fixed. Lucky was communicative and responsive throughout the whole process, letting us know exactly was wrong, how much it would cost and how long it would take. We also asked him to check out the car for anything else that needed repair (usually ill-advised, I know!), but he did not give us a laundry list and only listed what should replaced or fixed. He was also able to find parts at a lower cost. We really appreciated his timely response and working us since the repair was not easy and took a bit of time. The minute you drive into his shop, you can tell he takes great care of his shop, has attention to detail and takes pride in his shop and work. We were ready to sell the truck and get a new one but its running so well now, we can wait. Thanks Lucky! If we don't see if for a while it's because you did such a great job :)

I honestly had no clue what was wrong with my Civic, but Lucky and his team diagnosed, fixed, and brought it back to life fast and in a hurry! The entire staff was very kind, and Rich kept me me up to speed on the process the entire time. The best part was I didnt feel I was being "sold" anything extra ever during the process which was a breath of fresh air from past experiences. In the end, the price to fix everything was way less than I imagined, and the car runs like a top! I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest and quality shop with kind employees, 5 stars isnt enough tbh.

Car broke down early in the morning; Lucky happened to stop by and took time out of his day to not only tow my car to his shop, but also offered me a ride to work several miles out of his way. The engine was toast (older beater Camry), but the diagnosis and tows were VERY cheap and Lucky made everything quick and easy. Super dependable service I would definitely use again!

Took my Palisade to the dealership for a routine oil change and they found an oil leak. They quoted me close to $1k at the dealership to fix the problem. My husband called Lucky’s shop, and they were able to get us in. They let us drop off the car early, and they finished in a timely manner. Best part was they cut our cost almost in half, and got the leak fixed! Quick turn around, helpful and professional.
